Many thanks to Nick for his excellent professional work. I had a water standing problem in my backyard. He inspected the issue thoroughly by looking into all the surrounding downpipes with CCTV. He doesn't make up story to trick customers like some people would do just to make money out of customers. Nick worked out the most likely issue which is the roof gutter blocking and caused the water overflowing from spouting onto the ground. He even managed to take photos of the gutters to verify it. I'm deeply impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. I will definitely get in touch with Nick again if I have any plumbing need in the future.

After failed attempts by another plumber we called the drainage doctor for another opinion/attempt at unblocking our stormwater. Ben showed up on time and was able to sort out the blockage.Easy to deal with, great communication, punctual and transparent. Would definitely recommend.

Sewerage emergency on a Sunday. Jake came straight out and had the blockage cleared, and the drainage was back to normal within an hour or so. Fairly priced, highly recommended.

Lachlan and his team did a great job on our septic relining. Several unexpected difficulties complicated the job but they just worked there way through the problem and ended up with a great result. The site was left clean and tidy and all the team were easy to communicate with. An all round good experience in dealing with this professional company.

My usual morning routine of enjoying a coffee while having a **** while playing phone games was ruined when the toilet didnt flush. Hours later when my washing machine drained, water flowed out of my laundry sink onto the floor. Things got worse after that - horribly, disgustingly worse. I called Blockage Doctor in a panic, on the Thursday before Easter Friday, terrified I'd be stuck with sewage flowing into my house over the long weekend. An hour later Nick was here - a super polite dude with an incredible and stylish mostache. Less than an hour later he'd removed a piece of rebar that was stuck deep within our sewage line.Great service. They told me over the phone a sewage blockage is a quick fix, likely resolved in the first hour, and were spot on. All resolved, and covered by the cost of a call out fee. I was very happy with these guys - it was almost worth the whole horrible blocked sewage experiance just to deal with them ;) Obviously this is hyperbole, but seriously - great company.Also, sorry for the stupid and longwinded review! I've been celebrating my succesfully flushing toilet with a few scotch and cokes.

Nick came past today, he wasn't able to unblock the drain due to having a root blockage but he really tried hard. The roots in my drain were just to big, he was upfront and honest and said he could keep going at $300 an hour or he could stop at 2 hours and organise a quote to dig the pipe up and replace it, which was going to be significantly cheaper in the big scheme of things. I'm really glad he was honest and upfront and didn't try and take me for a ride. Highly recommend.

Great experience. They responded right away and were able to fix our issue with no problems. We'd tried calling a regular plumber and paid them for an hour's work just for them to confirm, yes it is in fact blocked, but didn't bring any equipment to actually fix the problem. The blockage doctor plumber arrived with everything he needed to do the job and got it done with no fuss.

Such professional, friendly and very prompt service from first phone call to completeing the job of relining pipes and we would not hesitate in recommending The Blockage Doctors to anyone. We have been trying since last November to get a quote from 2 different companies for the relining and kept on getting"we will phone you back" and then never hearing. Been having a drainage problem and was advised by another plumber to dig out and replace the pipe. So lucky we didn’t listen to him and asked for a second opinion.Shelby came in after a quick call, cleared the blockage and did a CCTV inspection in 30 minutes. He made it very clear there was no damage to the pipe and no need to replace or reline it. Saved us a few thousand bucks.

The Team from The blockage Doctor were awesome. I asked them to unblock a drain. One of the Guys came out and used a camera to see where the issue was. turned out there were 2 areas that needed clearing. Got his high pressure hose thing and worked his magic. All done in less than 1 hour. Amazing. being that was so easy for them I also had the pipe repaired. That only took them a day and the concrete driveway didn't even have to be touched (i was thinking i would have to dig up the pipe and have it replaced) they did it all within the pipe itself. Such a great friendly team. would highly recommend them.

We had a cracked drain which required to be replaced/relined. TBD come out on time and inspected/scoped out the job. They provided excellent advice, multiple options and very competitive quotes for the job. The quotes were provided within hours of coming out. TBD always kept me in the loop with every aspect of the job. They are friendly, professional, honest and very experienced. TBD had to dig up a small area of my front yard for the job, when the job was completed, they did such an amazing job tidying up, I didn't even notice any digging had occurred. Thanks THD for a great job.

I had problem with the blocked storm water drain in the house for ages. Two companies came, pocketed the money just to tell me that there is a big problem, and they are not sure how to solve it. I was afraid I will have the same experience with TBD, so I have asked up front, will they guarantee they can unblock? Surprised, they said "Sure". And they did. They came, did investigation, came up with best, good and worst case scenarios, and in the end, the best case worked. They have applied for all the required permits with the council, did the job quickly and kept me informed through every stage of the process. Now I do not have to mess with aquarium pumps any more to get the water from under the house. Awesome job. Thank you!

We needed a drainage solution to our 50 year old home whose old stormwater pipes were cracked and difficult to repair. Shane and his team from The Blockage Doctor were able to install a completely new drainage system to connect to the street stormwater. They did a remarkable job were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. We now have the drainage system of a new house after years of flooding. The house is now water tight thanks to The Blockage Doctor!!!
